All payments are to be made in advance unless otherwise agreed. Prices are listed in CAD and subject to applicable taxes. Secure payment methods are used for all transactions.

Refund requests must be submitted via email to support@itlawplusnow.com and will be reviewed within 5 business days.
We may update, pause, or discontinue any service without prior notice. If a paid service is discontinued, a refund or service credit will be offered.
All legal documents, templates, and content provided are the property of IT Law Plus Now. Reproduction, resale, or redistribution without permission is strictly prohibited.
Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service. We are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses, nor do we guarantee specific legal outcomes.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada. Any legal action must be brought in the courts located in Ontario.
